The Street Milano Duomo is in a super location on a quiet pedestrian street (but still very close to taxi drop-off point) and with a lovely staff to help with any needs and provide quality recommendations. Clean and comfortable room with excellent bedding. Thank you, Veronica!

The front desk was accommodating even before we arrived by texting me and asking if they could help in any way. They made arrangements for transportation from the airport which made the arrival easy. Once we arrived, they provided me with a text with restaurant recommendations and sight seeing options. The front desk even checks in by whatsup every day to see if we needed anything or if they could help in any way. When traveling through Italy, we stopped in Milan at the Street Hotel Milan. The location is amazing, downtown near the Cathedral and the Castle. First of hall, the Hotel is really small. I cannot define it “Hotel”, as it has only 9 rooms. I would have expected the rooms to be better furnished and equipped: wonderful design, but very little comfort. Overall, the hotel is very good. However, the sound proofing in the rooms is very poor. The walls were so thin that I could hear the next room walking around, opening doors and watching television. Noise from the hallways is also an issue. It was not an impressive or memorable stay at this Hotel in Milano. The customer service was also lacking as we connected with the front desk staff many times and throughout my interactions only staff person was actually nice and helpful while the others barely did their job and barely provided any support. I would suggest the management to take more care of the guests, considering the very high rates (terrible value for money).

This boutique hotel has a great location but it is the staff and their attitude, willingness to help, and occasional surprise gesture that wants us to come back. We have already spread the word to our friends that this is the place to stay in central Milan.
